dc.description.abstract	Buğday depo proteinleri, bir kez sentezlendikten sonra değişime uğramadan endospermde depolanırlar ve bitkinin kalıtsal özelliklerini direkt olarak yansıtırlar. Bu özellikten dolayı, depo proteinlerinin incelenmesi sertifıkasyon çalışmalarında, tohumluk üretiminde, akrabalıkların saptanmasında önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu çalışmada buğday depo proteinlerinin özellikleri, kromozomal yerleri, gen haritaları ve bu protein grubunun ekmek yapım kalitesine olan etkileri araştırılmıştır.
dc.description.abstract	Wheat storage proteins are stored in endosperm without any change after being synthesised and display the inheritance characteristics of the plants themselves. Studying stoçage proteins are important in certification studies. breeding of püre seeds and investigation of plant relationships. In this study characteristics of wheat storage proteins, chromosomal locations, gen mapping and the effects of these proteins on bread making quality were investigated.
