| dc.description.abstract | Küçük jinekolojik girişim yapılan 102 hastada 2.5 mg/kg. Propofol ve 20 kg. Alfentanil kullanılarak vital bulgular, komplikasyonlar ve ayılma koşullan araştırıldı. En sık görülen komplikasyon apne idi (% 90). % 29 olguda ise arter basıncı 30 mmHg kadar düştü. Olguların yer ve zamana oryantasyon süresi 3.02 -= 0.24 dakika idi. Ayılma hızlı ve komplikasyonsuzdu. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Propofol (2.5 mg/wt) and Alfentanil (20 ug/wt) were used in 102 patients undergoing day case gynaecological surgery. Vital signs, complications, recovery conditions were determined. The most frequent complication was apnoea (90 %). The blood pressure decreased 30 mmHg in 29 % patient. Recovery period for orientation was rapid and no complication noted. | |
