Behçet Hastalığı seyrinde gözlenen iki maliğnite olgusu

Abstract

Takip ve tedavi etmekte olduğumuz 130 Behçet Hastalığı olgusunun seyrinde, biri miks sellüler tip Hodgkin hastalığı, biri de Lenfosarkom hücre lösemi olmak üzere ikisinde malignite gözledik. Behçet hastalığı ile retiküloendotelial sistem ve hematolojik malignitelerin arasında bir ilişki olabilir mi?

During the follow up and treatment of 130 cases with Behçet's Disease, two cases with malignancy were diagnosed. One of them was Hodgkin disease with mixed celluler type, and the other was leukemia with lymphosarcoma cell. The occurrence of malignancy in these two cases among Behçet's patients brought up the question of whether there can be a relationship with Behçet's disease and the malignancies of reticuloendotelial and hematological systems.
