Hadislere göre kusmanın abdeste etkisi

Abstract

Abdest, dinî bir temizliktir. Bu temizlik, el-Mâide Suresi 5/6’da emredilmiştir. Bu âyet aynı zamanda abdestin, farzlarına da işâret etmektedir. Ancak bu konu mezhepler arasında ihtilâflıdır. Abdesti bozan şeyler konusunda da ihtilâf vardır. Bu ihtilâflardan biri de kusmadır. Bu konuda üç farklı görüş ortaya konmuştur. Makâlede bu görüşler ve dayandıkları deliller üzerinde durulacaktır

The ablution is religious cleanliness. This cleanliness is commanded in Surah el-Maida 5/6 in the Quran. This verse, at the same time, indicates the ablution’s obligations. But the juristic schools differ in these obligations. There are some differences between schools also in which cancels the ablution. One of these differences is vomiting. There is three different views in this subject. This study contains a critique of these views and the proofs they are based on.
