Trafik kazası sonucu acilen operasyona alınan, mide perforasyonu, dalak rüptürü ve pankreas rüptürü saptanan; gerekli tedavisinden sonra taburcu edilen hastada gelişen pankreas kistinin böbrek pelvisi ile iştirakli olduğu saptandı.
