Tüberküloz plörezilerinde plevra biyopsisi ve plevra sıvı sitolojisi arasındaki ilişki

Abstract

Tüberküloz tanısı konulan 125 olgunun Plevra sıvı patolojileri, plevra biyopsileri ve tüberküloz tedavi sonuçları karşılaştırıldı. Tüberküloz sıvılarının lenfositten zengin olduğu saptandı . Plevra biyopsisi negatif olduğu halde klinik bulgular ve lenfositten zengin sıvı görüldüğü takdirde olgunun tüberküloz olarak kabul edilmesi gerektiği vurgulandı.The relation between pleural fluid cytology, pleural biopsy and the results of tuberculosis therapy, were studied in 125 patients diagnosed as tuberculosis pleuritis. It is found that fluids from subjects having tuberculosis is rich of lenfocytes. We wish to emphasize that, even if the biopsy is negative for tuberculosis, the existence of fluids rich in lymphocytes is adequate for the patient to be diagnosed as tuberculosis pleuritis.
