Kapiller hemanjiomda intralezyonal kortikosteroid tedavisi

Abstract

Kliniğimizde kapiller hemanjiomu olan 15 olgu lezyon içi (intralezyonal) kortikosteroid (triamcinolone acetonid) enjeksiyonu ile tedavi edildi. Olgular tedavi bitiminde ve tedaviden 2 yıl sonra değerlendirildi. Sonuçlar estetik olarak tatmin edici olmamakla birlikte, çalışmamızda kortikosteoridin hemanjiomun involusyonunu hızlandırdığı ve sistemik komplikasyonlarının çok az ve geçici olduğu tespit edildi.15 cases with capillary hemangioma were treated by intralesional corticosteroid (triamcinolone acetonid) injection. The cases were evaluated at the end of treatment and 2 years later following the treatment. Although the results were not found to be estheticaly satisfactory, it was obvious that corticosteroid treatment accelerated the involution of hemangioma. Systemic complications due to corticosteroid injection were found to be rare and temporary.
