Cerrahi hastasında sıvı sağıtımı

Abstract

Bu yazıda, anestezi ve operasyon uygulanacak hastalarda sıvı sağıtımı anlatılmıştır. Vücut sıvıları, osmolarite, sıvı ve elektrolit dengesini etkileyen hormonlar, dehidrasyon, asit-baz düzensizliği, cerrahi hastasında sıvı sağıtımının amacı, preoperatif ve postoperatif dönemlerde sıvı sağıtımı uygulamaları incelenmiştir.In this report is given to fluid therapy on the surgical patient which will be perform anesthesia and operation. Body fluids, effected hormons of fluid and electrolyte balance, dehidration, acide-base disturbance, purpose of fluid therapy on the surgery, administration fluid therapy in preoperative, operative and postoperative periods were obtained.
