Uludağ Üniv. Tıp Fak. Çocuk Cerrahisi ve GKDC Anabilim Dallarında 1978- 88 yılları arasında 21 vaka konjenital diafragma hernisi tanısı ile ameliyat edilmiştir. Bunların 12 tanesi Bochdalek (Posterolateral), 9 tanesi de Morgagni (stemokostal) hernisi idi. Olguların 4 tanesi 0-2 gün, 4 tanesi 3-5 gün, 4 tanesi 25 gün 6 ay yaş grubunda, 9 tanesi de 4 yaşın üzerinde idi. Bu olgular retrospektif olarak değerlendirilmiş, klinik özellikleri, radyolojik bulguları ve tedavi sonuçları takdim edilmiştir.
A total of 21 congenital hernias were subjected to surgery during 1978-1983 at the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery and from 1983 to 1988 at the Department of Pediatric Surgery of the University Hospital of Bursa. These were 12 posterolateral (Bochdalek) and 8 sternocostal (Morgagni) hernias. The cases were evaluated retrospectively and results are discussed in this paper.
