Konjenital araknoid kistler

Abstract

Araknoid kistler benign, konjenital, nonneoplastik, ekstraaksiyal, BOS veya BOS’a benzer sıvı ile dolu intraaraknoidal lezyonlardır. Bu lezyonların patogenezi, doğal seyri ve bu lezyonlara bağlı komplikasyonların insidansı hakkında az şey bilinmesi, tedavi stratejisinin seçiminde problem oluşturmaktadır.Arachnoid cysts are benign, congenital, non-neoplastic and extra-axial lesions. They are usually filled with CSF or CSF-like fluids. The pathogenesis, course of the disease and the incidence of the related complications are not well-documented, which causes some problems in the management of the disease.
