dc.description.abstractUzun süreli intermittent pozitif basınçlı ventilasyon sonucu oluşan trakea hasarlarının etiyolojisinde, endotracheal ve trakeostomi tüplerinin, cinsiyetin, steroid tedavisi ,hipotansiyon ve vazokonstriktör ilaçlarının, hava yolu infeksiyonlarının, sterilizasyon maddelerinin kalıntılarının, yetersiz bakımın, yanlış yapIlan trakeostomilerin ve tiroid ameliyatlarının önemi ayrıntılarıyla incelenmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThe importonce of endotracheal and tracheostomy tubes, sex, steroid therapy, hypotension and vasoconstrictive drugs, the airway infections, the residual of sterilizing agents, insufficient care, poorly performed tracheostpmies and tyhroid operations are discussed in detail on the etiol ogy of trache al damage aftec prolonged I.P.P.V therapy.
