| dc.description.abstract | Erken doğum tehdidi veya doğumun erken yaptırılması gereken olgularda anneye doğum öncesi verilen glukokortikoidlerin prematürelerde respiratuar distress sendromunu (hyalen membran hastalığı) önlemesindeki rolü araştırılmış ve kontrol grubu ile karşılaştırıldığında tedavi gören grupta RDS'nin istatistik olarak anlamlı bir şekilde az görüldüğü saptanmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In patients with premature labor or who have to be delivered early, the effect of antenatal glucocorticoid therapy for prevention o f respiratory distress syndro me in premature infants was investigated and when compared to a control group the incidence of RDS was found to be significantly lower in the treated group. | |
