Enjekte edilebilen hormonal gebelik önleyicilerin dişi sıçanların genital sistemleri üzerine etkileri

Abstract

Bu deneysel çalışma, dişi sıçanlara yüksek dozda gebelik önleyici madde uygulandığında genital sistemlerinde oluşabilecek histopatolojik değişiklikler gözlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Deney sırasında toplam 42 sıçan kullanılmış olup, deney grubundaki 30 sıçana yüksek doz östradiol valerat ile 17 hidroksi progesteron kapronat dört hafta ara ile altı kez enjekte edilmiştir. Kontrol grubundaki 12 sıçana hiçbir madde enjeksiyonu yapılmamıştır. Son enjeksiyondan dört hafta sonra tüm sıçanlara otopsi yapılarak genital sistemleri incelendiğinde, deney grubu sıçanlarda kontrol grubundaki sıçanlardan daha yüksek oranda olmak üzere overlerde basit seröz kist, germinatif epitel proliferasyonu, korpus luteum sayısında azalma, endometriumda skuamöz metaplazi, polip, endometrial guddelerde kistik genişleme, servikste skuamöz metaplazi saptanmıştır. Elde edilen bu bulgular daha önce yapılan deneysel çalışmalar sonuçlan ile uygunluk göstermekte olup, östrojen ve progesteronun yüksek dozda kullanılması ile sıçanların genital sistemlerinde bazı değişiklikler oluştuğunu ortaya çıkmaktadır. Meydana gelen lezyonlar tümü benign olup, malignite olmamasının nedeni östrojen ve progesteronun birlikte kullanılmasını koruyucu bir etkiye sahip olması olabilir.

The aim of this experimental study was to observe the effects on genital tracts of high dose hormonal contraceptive substances enjected to rats. In the experiment a total of 42 rats were used. The experimental group was composed of 30 rast. High dose estradiol valerate and 17 OH progesterone caproate was enjected to these rast 6 times. per 4 weeks. 12 rats were used as a control group and no substance was injected to them. 4 weeks after the last enjection, otopsi was made to all rats and their genital tracts were examined. In the overs of experimental rats there were more simple serous cysts, genninatif epithelial proliferation and decreasing in the number of corpus luteums, in the endometrium, squamöz metaplasia, cystic dilatation of endometrial glands, and in the cervix, squamöz metaplasia were observed in a higher incidence compared to control group rots.These findings were in accordance with the results of the previous experimental worlds. Enjecting high dose oestrogen and progesterone to female rast caused some changes in the genital tracts of them. All the lesions coming out were benign. As a result, it can be said that, because oestrogen and progesterone are used together, this combination causes a protective effect, and malignite does not progress.
