Hepatite bağlı aplastik anemi

Abstract

İnfeksiyöz hepatit seyrinde gelip geçici hematolojik değişiklikler çok sık görülmekle birlikte ağır ve fetal sonianan pansitopeni bulgusu nadiren görülmektedir. Bu sebepten literatüre katkıda bulunacağı umuduyla ağır bir pansitopeni tablosuyla müracaat eden infeksiyöz hepatilisli aplastik anemi olgusunu takdim etmeyi uygun bulduk.In the progress of infectious hepatitis, mild and transient hematologic changes can be seen very often but severe pancytopenia findings with fetal results are seldom. Because of this, we concluded to report this case with aplastic anemia following viral hepatitis.
