Kolon kanseri ile birlikte olan bir familyal polipozis koli olgusu

Abstract

Kliniğimizde kolon kanseri ile birlikte olan familyal polipozis kolili bir hastaya total kolektomi, ileorectal anastomosis (İRA) ve geçici ileostomi prosedürü uyguladık. Bu yayında bu tip olgularda total kolektomi ve IRA 'nın diğer ameliyat prosedürlerine olan üstünlüğü ve postoperatif takiple periyodik endoskopik rektal muayenenin önemi vurgulandı.We performed total colectomy, ileorectal anastomosis and temporary ileostomy procedure to a patient who had familial polyposis coli and colonic cancer in our clinic. In this article, the superiority of total colectomy and ileorectal anastomosis (IRA) to other surgical procedures and the importance of postoperative fo/low up with periodic endoscopic rectal examination have been emphasized.
