dc.description.abstractBil araştırmada 22 adet Kangal 16 adet Alman Kurt ve 33 adet Yerli Kurt köpeği, toplam 71 adet, materyal olarak kullanıldı. Köpeklerin ortalama serum asit fosfataz düzeyleri saptandı. Rektal tuşe yöntemiyle prostat bezleri muayene edildi. Kangal Alman ve Yerli Kurt köpeklerinin asit fosfataz düzeyleri sırasıyla 20,76 mU/ml, 22,64 mU/ml ve 18,44 mU/ml olarak bulundu. 15 adet köpekte prostat hiperplazisi saptandı.
dc.description.abstractIn this research 22 Kangal, 16 German and 33 Native Wolf breeds of dog were used as materials. The levels of serum acid phosphatase were determined. The conditions of prostate glands were checked by rectal touche. The levels of serum acid phosphatase were 20,76 mU/ml, 22,64 mU/ml and 18,44 mU/ml at Kangal, German and Native Wolf dog, respectively. Prostatic hyperplasies were found at fifteen dogs.
