| dc.description.abstract | Hodgkin hastalığında bir nefrotik sendrom vakası literatür bilgileri de gözden geçirilerek takdim edilmiştir. Böbrek biyopsi materyalinin ışık mikroskobu ile tetkiki "amiloidozis" bulgularını gösterdi. Primer hastalığın cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisone, methylhydrazine kombinasyonu ile tedavisinde, nefrotik sendrom bulgularının şiddetinde kısmi bir azalma gözlendi. | |

Kidney biopsy specimen revealed "amiloidosis" by light microscopy. Severity of the nephrotic syndrome decreased during the treatment of the primary disease by cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisone, methylhydrazine combination. | |
