Sıcak su ile provoke olan refleks-kompleks parsiyel nöbetler (sıcak su epilepsisi)

Abstract

Bu yazıda sıcak su ile provoke olan üç psikomotor epilepsi olgusu sunulmuştur. Klinik ve EEG bulgularına dayanılarak epileptik nöbetlerin temporal orjinli olduğu düşünülmektedir. Sıcak su ile provoke olan epilepsi literatürde çok ender bir fenomendir.In this article, the case histories of three patients who have psychomotor epileptic seizures evoked by pouring hot water are described. It is thought on the bosis of clinical and EEG data that seizures were of temporal lobe origin. It is a rare phenomenon in literature.
