Özet
Emeklilik dönemi çalışan bireylerin sigortalılık süresi, prim gün sayısı ve yaş haddini tamamladıktan sonra görevden istifasını isteyip emekli maaşı ve ikramiyesi alarak hak kazanılmış bir dönemdir. Ayrıca emeklilik dönemi; çocukluk, ergenlik, yetişkinlik dönemi gibi uyum süreci içeren yaşantıların, tecrübelerin aktarıldığı yeni başlangıçların yapıldığı, yeni kazanımların gerçekleştiği bir gelişim çağıdır. Duygu değişimleri, fiziksel değişimlerin daha çok farkına varıldığı dönem emeklilik dönemidir. Emekli olunca çalışmaya ayrılan süreler boş vakte dönüştüğü için boşluğa düşme, vakit geçirememe, uyum sağlayamama, aile içi veya toplumla çatışma, sağlık problemleri ve ruhsal problemlerle başa çıkamama gibi sorunlar bu dönemde daha ağırlıklı görülmektedir. Her birey bu dönemi verimli geçiremediği gibi öğretmenler de benzer durumlarla karşılaşmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, emekliliği gelen ve emekli olan öğretmenlerin emeklilik dönemlerini daha verimli geçirmelerini sağlamak için çeşitli eğitim programları geliştirebilmek üzerine bir ihtiyaç belirleme çalışması yapmaktır. Eğitimde program geliştirme, bir eğitim programının hedef, içerik, öğrenme-öğretme süreci ve değerlendirme boyutları arasındaki dinamik ilişkilerin bütünüdür (Demirel, 2020). Bu amaç doğrultusunda öğretmenlerin emeklilik dönemlerini verimli değerlendirebilecekleri bir emeklilik eğitimi planlamak üzere eğitim programı geliştirmek hedeflenmiştir. Bu eğitim programının Talim ve Terbiye Kurulu'na da bir eğitim program geliştirme önerisi olabileceği öngörülmektedir. Bu araştırmada niceliksel yaklaşım tercih edilmiştir. İhtiyaç belirleme formları ile emekli öğretmenler ve emekliliği gelen öğretmenlerin emeklilik sonrası eğitimlere bakışları ve eğitim tercihlerine ilişkin veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırma iki farklı katılımcı gruba uygulanmıştır. İlk grup Konya İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü tarafından izni alınan ve ilgili İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlüklerine bağlı okullarda ve eğitim merkezlerinde görev yapan, öğretmenlikte 25 yılını doldurmuş emekliliğe yakın öğretmenlerden oluşmaktadır. Diğer grup ise Konya Büyükşehir Belediyesi sınırlarında ikamet eden emekli öğretmenlerden gönüllülük esasınca oluşan çalışma grubudur. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmen gruplarının emeklilik eğitimlerine ilişkin görüşleri değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre her iki katılımcı öğretmen grubu da emeklilik dönemlerindeki ihtiyaçları için emeklilik eğitimlerinin verilmesine olumlu yaklaşmışlar ve eğitimler sayesinde verimli bir emeklilik dönemi geçirebilecekleri sonucuna varılmıştır.
The retirement period is a vested period in which workers resign by receiving a pension and retirement bonus after the insurance period, number of bounty days and age limit have been completed. Besides that period is a developmental age that an adaptation period includes childhood, adolescence, and adulthood where experiences are transferred, new beginnings, and new achievements occur. The period when emotional changes, physical changes were more recognized is the retirement period. Issues such as feeling emotional emptiness, spending time, adaptation, conflict with family or society, and coping with health and psychological issues are seen more intensely in this period since the time spent working turns into free time in retirement, Similar situations are encountered by teachers because they could not spend this period productively like every individual. The purpose of this research is to do a need analysis study on developing various training programs to enable teachers waiting for retirement and retired teachers to spend their retirement periods more productively. The development of a curriculum in education is a comprehensive process that encompasses the dynamic relationships between the objectives, content, teaching-learning process, and evaluation dimensions of an educational program (Demirel, 2020). For this purpose, the goal is to develop an educational program to plan a retirement education that would allow teachers to make productive use of their retirement period. It is anticipated that this educational program could also serve as a curriculum development proposal for the Board of Education. A qualitative approach was preferred in this research. Data on post-retirement education about views of teachers waiting for retirement and retired teachers and preferences of training were collected with the needs assessment forms. The research was applied to two participant groups. The first group was permitted by the Konya Provincial Directorate of National Education and consists of teachers who have completed 25 years of teaching and are close to retirement, working in schools, and education centers affiliated with the relevant District National Education Directorates. The other group consists voluntarily of retired teachers residing within the borders of Konya Metropolitan Municipality. As a result of the research, the views of teachers' groups were evaluated on retirement education. According to the information obtained by the final results both groups of participating teachers were positive about providing retirement training to meet their needs during retirement and it was concluded that they could have a productive retirement period thanks to the retirement training.
