After the earthquakes happened on August 17 and October 12 in our country, faults and deficiencies on construction have come out and in consequence of this, serious amount of losses have been resulted in. One of the reason of this result is Lack of inspection on construction. Lack of education is also brought out that the inspection can not be carried out entirely. Development of active inspection system on building production is an inevitable.
