Generally, these kinds of educational facilities are carried on in the range of in-house training. Besides in-house training, it is also possible to improve the abilities of the employees with the projects with the help of the cooperation of the schools and industry.In this research, the initiation, planning, implementation, development and the evaluation of the " Group Leader Training Program" that has been implemented and developed for the training of group leader candidates of Bosch Bursa Plants, which is one of the leading intuitions of automotive industry, is examined. In this model, which comprises the education of the employees in Uludag University, 325 staff in nine groups has been certificated after completing the program of 280 hours and ten modules and other personal development courses between 2001 and 2008. A remarkable progress has been revealed by the former (old)-new (trained) comparative competence evaluations that have been implemented on the educated group leaders within the project. This study investigated how a target-oriented in-house training programme should be developed and how it should be evaluated for effectiveness. The aim of the study was to develop, implement and evaluate a competency-based and target-oriented training programme with the cooperation of both the academic and the automotive industrial sectors. During this process, 124 employees of Bosch Rexroth Company were trained via a specific target-oriented programme. The effectiveness of the training was assessed using pre- and post-tests, a course evaluation survey and peer evaluation performance analyses. At the end of the study, the success rate of the participants, according to the pre- and post-tests, had increased by 54 points on a 100-point scale. Furthermore, in a participant feedback survey, 93% of the respondents said that the programme had contributed positively to their working life. The most important result was that, according to performance analyses, 26% of the participants had improved their performance relative to an untrained cohort. The goals and outcomes proved to be encouraging for future programmes.Item İşletmelerdeki rol belirsizliği algısının iş tatmini ve örgütsel bağlılığa etkisi(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2015-07-08) Uzaslan, N. Tufan; Aytaç, Serpil; Uludağ Üniversitesi/Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü/Çalışma Ekonomisi ve Endüstri İlişkileri Anabilim Dalı.Özellikle 1980'lerle birlikte dünyada insan kaynağına verilen değerin artması, karşılaşılan ekonomik krizlere daha nitelikli çalışanlarla göğüs gerilmesinin yollarının aranmasına sebep olmuştur. Bununla birlikte, çalışanlardan daha fazla rol ve sorumluluk üstlenmesinin istenmesi durumu ortaya çıkmıştır. Özellikle de dünyada resesyon durumlarının artması, mevcut çalışanların ek roller üstlenmelerine sebep olmuştur. Bu durum iyi yönetilemediği takdirde rol stresi ve onun unsurlarından olan rol belirsizliğine sebep olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada bir sanayi kuruluşunda yapılan araştırmadan hareket edilerek rol stresi ve rol belirsizliğinin iş tatmini ve örgütsel bağlılığa olan etkisi araştırılmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda bir otomotiv yan sanayi fabrikasında çalışan 310 kişiye Cammann, Fichman, Jenkins ve Klesh (1983) tarafından hazırlanan iş tatmini ölçeği, General Social Survey'in parçası olarak 1991 yılında Marsden, Kalleberg ve Cook, (1993) tarafından geliştirilen Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği ve Breaugh ve Colihan (1994) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan Rol belirsizliği ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda rol belirsizliğinin iş tatmini ve örgütsel bağlılığı olumsuz yönde etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
