Item Divan edebiyatının sonbaharında Bursa’da bir yaban gülü: Murad Emrî Efendi(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2010-01-12) Öztahtalı, İbrahim İmran; Uludağ Üniversitesi/Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi/Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı Bölümü.1850’de Yenişehir Fenar’ın Tırnova kasabasında doğarak 1882’de Bursa’ya göç eden Murad Emrî Efendi, gazeteci, şair, eğitimci-yazar, kütüphaneci, kitapçı ve bir matbaacı olarak Bursa halkına ve kültürüne uzun yıllar hizmet etmiştir. Bu çalışmada öncelikli olarak Murad Emrî Efendi’nin hayatına, eserlerine ve edebî kişiliğine ışık tutulmaya çalışılmış, onun çeşitli yönleri ele alınarak tanıtılmıştır. XIX. yüzyılda Bursa’da bir yaban gülü misali kendine özgü rengi ve kokusuyla eserler vermiştir. Divan-ı Murad Emrî, Tahmis-i Terkib-i Bend-i Ziyâ Paşa, İhyâ-yı Âsâr-ı Eslâf (Tahmislerim), Mudhikât-ı Dehr, Alacalı Defter-Hatırât ve Bursa Kaplıcaları başlıca eserlerini oluşturur. Kendisinin hazırlayıp bastığı Fevâid, Sanayi ve Bursa gazeteleri ve bunlardaki sayısız makale ve yazıları da dikkate değerdir. Eserlerinde sade bir Türkçe kullanmaya özen gösteren Murad Emrî Efendi 1917’de Bursa’da ölmüştür. İkinci kuşaktan torunu Nilüfer ALPMAN hâlen Bursa’nın Mudanya ilçesinde yaşamaktadır.Item Effects of traditional culture on modern Turkish poetry(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2010-01-12) Eğri, Sadettin; Uludağ Üniversitesi/Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi/Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı Bölümü.It is not possible for societies not fed from the tradition to have a future. If it is a cultural matter, this is more distinctive. Although the literature addressing any kind of pleasure of the society for centuries is different in terms of the style and target group, it is fed from the same source. The matter of “classic-modern” having been discussed almost since the Tanzimat (administrative reforms) has become keener in literature along with social life. Literary richness and sense of art having come to a peak with Classical Turkish Literature have been used by every artist who requires them. The fact that the tradition has survived in different forms and dimensions in Modern Turkish Poetry and especially folk culture is witnessed. The sense of being against whatever is related to the past has also preferred to benefit from this richness in the course of time. Despite the fact that which means and channels have fed to poets of Modern Turkish Poetry has been analyzed with many studies, these studies must still continue.Item Examining coffe and coffe houses in the Divan poetry(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2010-01-12) Durmaz, Gülay; Uludağ Üniversitesi/Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi/Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı Bölümü.Coffee has gained a well-deserved fame through its historical journey for centuries. It is one of the indispensable products of the modern era. Having many rumors with its occurrence, coffee entered the Ottoman social life in the 16th century and was quickly adopted by the Turkish people. Its existence brought the appearance of the coffee houses. Despite having prohibition from time to time, they both got their place in the history. In this paper, the main objectives are to examine the usage of coffee in the divan poetry and to evaluate the verses that help to understand the place of the coffee houses in the society.Item The myths arose around the Cult of Selahatti̇n Buhari̇ Dede cult located in the Vi̇llage of the Keles Provi̇nce of Bursa(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2010-01-12) Taş, Hülya; Uludağ Üniversitesi/Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi/Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı Bölümü.Dedeler village is one of the nomadic villages of Keles province in Bursa. The village that had no immigrants coming in and thus has preserved its traditional cultural structure. The village was named after Selahattin Buhari who is buried here. The name of the village did not exist in written documents until 1908. The information on the identity of Selahattin Buhari can only be learnt through the legends told among the villagers. A celebration festivity is held in the name of Selahattin Buhari every year in September. Selahattin Buhari and his wife came from Bukhara to the village in order to spread Islam and the rules he’s set in the village are still being obeyed today.
