dc.description.abstractI. Dünya Savaşı’ndan Mondros Mütarekesi’yle çekilen Osmanlı Devleti’nin toprakları İtilaf Devletleri’nin kontrolü altına girmiş ve Anadolu’da işgaller başlamıştır. İtilaf Devletleri; Mütareke sonrası Mudanya ve Gemlik’i, 8 Temmuz’da ise Bursa merkezini işgal etmiş ve işgal 11 Eylül 1922’ye kadar devam etmiştir. Mütareke sonrası Bursa, bir yandan İtilaf Devletleri’nin desteğindeki Yunan güçleriyle bir yandan da uzun yıllar birlikte yaşadıkları Müslüman halka ihanet eden Ermeni ve Rumlarla mücadele etmek zorunda kalmıştır. Çalışmamızda amacımız; Bursa’da işgal öncesi, işgal dönemi ve işgalin sonlandırılması süreçlerinde nüfus hareketlerini, ekonomik ve kültürel değişimi incelemektir. Bursa merkez ve köylerinde yaşayan ve işgalci güçlerle hareket eden Ermeni ve Rumların Müslüman halka uyguladığı kıyımı belgelerle vererek bölgede Müslüman halk aleyhine yaşanan demografik hareketliliği açıklamak ve bu hareketliliğin Müslüman halk aleyhine dönüştürdüğü ekonomik ve kültürel değişimi de ortaya koymaktır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThe lands of the Ottoman State, which had retreated from World War I with the Treaty of Mondros (Mondros Armistice Agreement), have come under the control of the Allied Powers and occupations have begun in Anatolia. After the Treaty the Allied Powers have occupied Mudanya and Gemlik and on the 8th of July they have occupied the centre of Bursa and the occupation has lasted until September 11, 1922. After the Treaty, Bursa has had to struggle with the Greek forces supported by the Allied Powers on one hand and on the other hand the Armenians and Anatolian Greeks who betrayed the Muslim people with whom they lived for many years. Our aim in our study is to examine population movements, economic and cultural changes in Bursa before and during occupation period and the termination of occupation. It is to explain the demographic mobility experienced against the Muslim people in the region by documenting the massacres committed by the Armenians and Anatolian Greeks living in the centre and villages of Bursa and acting with the occupying forces and to reveal the economic and cultural change that this mobility has turned against the Muslim people.en_US
