Abstract
Nedensellik ya da nesnede cari olan zorunluluk kavramını yalnızca neden-sonuç ilişkisi olarak ele almak problemin sadece bir bölümünü oluşturmaktadır. Problemin bu bölümü felsefe tarihinde ya epistemik ya da ontolojik şüphecilik olarak kendini göstermiştir. Nedensellik, hem evrenin işleyişinin çözümlenmesi için, hem de kesin bilginin elde edilmesinin bir kriteri olarak düşünceye konu olmuştur. Ancak nedensellik anlayışının özellikle hipotezlerin ve kuramların doğruluk kriterini belirlemede kullanılabilecek bir yönü daha vardır. O da sonuçtan hareketle nedenin vasıflarındaki zorunluluğun tespit edilmesidir. Bu problem, düşüncenin varsayımlardan ayrılması için özellikle bilimsel düşüncenin deney imkanı olmayan bölümünde göz önüne alınması zorunlu bir problemdir. Sonuçtan hareketle nedenin vasıflarının belirlenmesi usulü gerçekleştirilmeden ortaya konulan düşüncelerin birer varsayımdan ve kanaatten ibaret kalmaları kaçınılmaz görünüyor. Bu çalışmada nedenselliğin ikinci yönü olan sonuçtan hareketle nedenin zorunlu vasıflarının tespit edilmesine ilişkin akıl yürütmenin usulü tartışılmıştır.
Considering the concept of causality or obligation in the object as a cause-effect relationship is only a part of the problem. This part of the problem manifests itself in the history of philosophy as either epistemological or ontological scepticism. Causality has been the subject of thought both for the analysis of the functioning of the universe and as a criterion for obtaining precise information. However, there is another aspect of causality that can be used to determine the criterion of the accuracy of hypotheses and theories. This aspect is to determine the necessity of the characteristics of the cause from the conclusion. This problem must be considered in order to distinguish the idea from the assumptions, especially in the non-experimental part of scientific thinking. It seems inevitable that the ideas put forward, without from-the-conclusion aspect, for determining the characteristics of the cause are made up of assumptions and convictions. In this study, the reasoning method for determining the necessary characteristics of the cause is discussed based on the second aspect of causality.
