Abstract
Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Göğüs Hastalıkları Kliniğinde 40 olguya, üç ayrı yoldan (oral, intravenöz ve inhalasyon) Teofilin uygulanmış ve bu olgularda solunum fonksiyon testi kan teofilin düzeyi ve trakea lavajı teofilin düzeyi ölçülerek korelasyon ile araştırılmış, teofilinin hangi yolla daha etkin olduğu gösterilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu makalede olguların laboratuvar sonuçları ve bu sonuçların korrelasyonları tartışılmış ve takdim edilmiştir.
In Uludag University Medical Faculty Chest Diseases Department theophylline have been given to 40 cases in three different ways (oral, intravenous and inhalation) and in these cases by measuring respiratory function tests, blood theophylline levels and traclıeal lavage theophylline levels, the correlations have been investigated, the way which theophylline was more effective has been tried to show. In this article tlıe laboratory results and correlations between these results have been discussed and presented.
