| dc.description.abstract | Yumuşak salmastralar, dinamik ve statik ekipmanlarda sızdırmazlığın sağlanması için kullanılmaktadırlar. Yumuşak salmastraların kullanım performansı, salmastra üretiminde kullanılan lif tipine, yağlayıcı madde ve diğer yardımcı maddelerin tipine ve oranlarına bağlı olarak değişebilir. Ayrıca çalışma şartlarına uygun salmastranın seçimi de kullanım performansı üzerinde etkilidir. Bu çalışmada, yumuşak salmastraların çeşitli çalışma ortamlarındaki kullanım performanslarının tayin edilmesi için bir test cihazı yapılmıştır. Bu cihaz kullanılarak yüksek performanslı liflerden üretilmiş yumuşak salmastraların, kullanım performansları test edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar istatistiki olarak analiz edilerek optimizaşyon yapılmıştır. Salmastra özelliklerinin iyileştirilmesi için öneriler sunulmuştur. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Soft packings are used to stop leakage in dynamic and static equipments. Usage performance of soft packings are dependent on fiber types which are used in the production of soft packings, type of and quantity materials and other additivies and changes with them. In addition, chosing of appropriate packings for working conditions is affective on usage performances. In this study, test equipment was designed and manufactured to determine usage performances of soft packings for various working conditions. The usage performance of soft packings which were manufactured from high performance fibers were tested by using the test equipment. The results which were obtained from the tests were statistically analyzed and then optimization performed. | en_US |
