Abstract
Savaş, tarih boyunca gördüğümüz bir olgudur. Savaş, şiddet ve terör çağımızda/ dünyamızda karşılaştığımız en önemli sorunlar arasında yer almaktadır. Savaş, özellikle son dönemlerde, yalnızca bir devlete ya da topluma karşı olmaktan çıkmış, insanlığa yönelik bir saldırı haline gelmiştir.
War is a phenomenon that we have faced all throughout the history. War, violence and terror are the one of the most important problems we encounter in our era. War, especially in recent years, has become an act against humanity rather than to a certain state or society.
