| dc.description.abstract | Topikal glukokortikoidlerin uzun süreli kullanımı hipotalamus-hipofiz-adrenal aksında geri dönüşümlü bozulmaya yol açabilmektedir. Burada 3 ay süre ile topikal steroid kullanımı sonucu Cushing sendromu gelişen 8 aylık kız hasta sunulmuştur. | |
