Abstract
Rüptüre olmayan ovarian folikülün luteinizasyon son yıllarda, bir infertilite sebebi olarak bildirilmektedir. Olgular over yüzeyinin laparoskopi ve laparotomi ile direk görülmesi veya ultrasonografi ile tanınabilm ektedir. Bu yazımızda, kliniğimizde gonadotropinlerle primer infertilite tedavisi esnasında ultrasonografik muayene ile saptadığımız iki LUF sendromu olgusu sunulmuş ve literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.
Recenty, luteinization of unruptured ovarian follicles has been reported as a cause of infertility. The cases could be diagnosed by visualization of ovarian surface with laparoscopy and laparotomy or ultrasonography. In this paper, two LUF syndrome, which were diagnosed with ultrasonography during treatment of primary infertility with gonadotropins, were presented and references were reviewed.
