| dc.description.abstract | Atık yönetimi, çevresel koşullar ve ekonomik gelişmişlik göz önüne alınarak belli bir alan içerisinde, atığın oluşumundan nihai bertarafına kadar olan süreci inceleyen, ihtiyaçları belirleyen bir sistemdir. Bu çalışmada, turistik sahil bölgelerine örnek oluşturması sebebiyle Muğla iline bağlı Bodrum Belediyesi‟ndeki atık yönetim sistematiği incelenmiştir. Kentsel atıkların yönetimini etkileyen konular ve saha çalışmaları sonunda elde edilen atık yönetim verileri sahil bölgelerindeki iç ve dış turizme bağlı olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma sonunda; bölgedeki turizm faaliyetlerine bağlı olarak; yaz-kış nüfusları arasında %728‟lik bir fark oluştuğu tespit edilmiştir. Bodrum'da atık toplama ve taşıma faaliyeti iki bölgede özel sektör, bir bölgede belediye tarafından gerçekleştirilmektedir. Bodrum ilçesinde yaz sezonunda turistik nüfusun artmasına paralel olarak evsel atıklar 180 ton/günden 490 ton/güne, parkbahçe atıklarının da 10 ton/günden 450 ton/güne çıktığı belirlenmiştir. Birçok turistik bölgemizde olduğu gibi Bodrum‟da da halihazırda bir düzenli depolama tesisinin bulunmayışının en önemli atık yönetim sorunu olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Waste management is a system that determines needs within a certain area taking into account the environmental conditions and economic development, from the generation of waste to final disposal. In this study, waste management system in Bodrum Municipality of Muğla province was examined. The issues affecting the management of municipal waste and waste management data obtained at the end of field studies were evaluated based on internal and external tourism in coastal areas. At the end of the study; depending on the tourism activities in the region; the population increased by 728% in the summer months compared to the winter months. In the summer season, in parallel with the increase of the tourist population in Bodrum Province, it has been determined that the municipal wastes are increased from 180 tons/day to 490 tons/day and park-garden wastes from 10 tons/day to 450 tons/day. The collection and transportation of waste in Bodrum is carried out by the municipality in one district and by the private sector in two district. Moreover, as it is in many touristic regions, it is concluded that the absence of sanitary landfill in Bodrum is the most important waste management problem. | en_US |
