| dc.description.abstract | Arnavutluk'ta 1991 yılında başlayan rejim değişikliği ve demokrasiye geçiş süreci ile birlikte din eğitimi alanında yaşanan gelişmeler ve tartışmalar bu çalışmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Demokrasiye geçişin ardından Arnavutluk'ta din- devlet ilişkisi ve bu ilişkinin tarihsel olarak seyri, özellikle demokratik yönetimle birlikte örgün ve yaygın din eğitimi alanındaki değişim ve gelişmeler bu çalışmada incelenmiştir. Müslüman, Katolik ve Ortodoks cemaatlerin katkı ve himayelerinde açılan okulların mahiyeti, ders müfredatları, öğrenci sayıları, vb. gibi konular da karşılaştırmalı olarak bu çalışmada ele alınmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri kaynak taraması, literatür ve doküman incelemesi yanında ilgili resmi veya gayrı resmi makamlarla yapılan görüşmeler ve yazışmalar yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Araştırma neticesinde, demokrasiye geçişle birlikte bazı dinî dernek, vakıf ve kuruluşların yeniden açılmasına yasal olarak izin verildiği, özel eğitim kurumlarında yaygın ve örgün din eğitimi faaliyetlerinin daha canlanma eğiliminde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Devlet okullarında din eğitimine yer verilip verilmemesi mevzuu ise ancak 2016 yılı itibariyle ciddi olarak tartışılmaya başlanmış, fakat bu hususta uygulamaya yansıyan önemli bir gelişmenin kaydedilmediği görülmüştür. Ayrıca, Arnavutluk'taki dinî kuruluş ve cemaatlerin, din eğitimi alanında faaliyetlerini gerçekleştirme hususunda yeterli düzeyde yasal bir yetki ve güvenceye sahip olduğu, ancak dinî toplulukların iç ve dış imkânları ile açılmış olan eğitim kurumlarında ortak bir eğitim felsefelerinin bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | The theme and the focus of this study are the developments and debates in religious education field, accomplished together with the process of the changing regime and the transition of democracy in Albania in 1991. This thesis, which deals with religious education in Albania after the transition to democracy, examines religion-state relationship, the way this relationship has developed during the historical process, especially, changes and development in the formal and non-formal religious education during the democracy system. The nature of schools opened due to the contribution and the care of Muslim, Orthodox and Catholic communities, school's curriculum, the number of students etc., are evolved in a comparative way. Data given during the study are collected through the scanning of the sources, the literature, and the review of documents, as well through interviews and correspondence with relevant, official and non-official authorities. As a result of the research, it is defined that with the transition to democracy, to some associations, foundations, and religious organizations, is recognized the legal law to practice their activities. Furthermore, the formal and non-formal religious education activities in private educational institutions are now more powerful and lively. The issue of religious education in public schools has been debated seriously since 2016, however, there is no any significant development that might be reflected in the subject. Moreover, it is reached the conclusion that religious institutions and religious communities in Albania have sufficient legal access to perform their activities in the religious education field. Yet there is no a common philosophy in educational institutions opened to internal and external financial funding of religious communities. | en_US |
