Saanen ırkı keçilerde önemli verim özelliklerini etkileyen çevre faktörleri ve CSN3 ve AGPAT6 genlerinin süt verimi ve bileşimine etkisi

| dc.description.abstract | Araştırmada; Saanen ırkı keçilerde büyüme, döl ve süt verim özelliklerinin ve bu özelliklere bazı çevre faktörlerinin etkilerinin tespiti; ayrıca süt verim ve bileşimine CSN3 ve AGPAT6 genlerinin etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda, oğlakların doğumdan 6.aya kadar olan ağırlıkları tartılarak; doğum, sütten kesim, 60.,90., 120. ve 180.gün ağırlıkları hesaplanmıştır. İki yıl boyunca sürü takip edilerek, dölverim özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Keçilerden laktasyon boyunca süt örnekleri toplanarak, verim ve bileşimleri tespit edilmiştir. Sürü belirtilen genler açısından PCR RFLP yöntemiyle genotiplendirilmiştir. Oğlaklarda doğum, 60.gün, sütten kesim, 90.gün, 120.gün ve 180.gün ortalama ağırlıklar sırasıyla; 3,05±0,04kg,11,80±0,27kg,12,26±0,08kg,14,20±0,32kg,17,41±0,45kg ve 25,01±0,65kg bulunmuştur. Cinsiyetin ve doğum tipinin 90.güne kadar (p<0,05-0,001); yaşın sadece doğum ağırlığına (p<0,001), doğum ayının ise incelenen tüm ağırlıklara istatistiki olarak etkili olduğu görülmüştür (p<0,05;p<0,001). Gebelik, doğum, kısırlık, abort, tekli, ikiz ve üçüz doğum, yaşama gücü oranı ile doğuran keçi (DAKBOS)/teke altı keçi (TAKBOS) başına oğlak sayısı değerleri sırasıyla; %92,98,%85,07,%7,02,%8,75, %36,12,%49,%14,88,%89,13 ve 1,74±0,06, 1,43±0,07 bulunmuştur. Yaşın doğum ve abort oranı dışında tüm oranlara (p<0,05-0,001), yılın ise doğum, abort, tekli doğum, yaşama gücü ve TAKBOS'a etkisi önemli bulunmuştur (p<0,05-0,001). CSN3 ve AGPAT6 genlerinin genotip ve allel frekansları sırasıyla; FF(0,986), MF (0,014), F(0,996), M(0,004); GG(0,120), GC(0,432), CC(0,448), G(0,336), C(0,664) bulunmuştur. AGPAT6 geninin süt verim ve bileşimine etkisinin önemsiz olduğu saptanmıştır. CSN3 geni yönünden sürü varyasyon göstermemesinden süt verimi ve bileşimi üzerine etkisi incelenememiştir. Laktasyon süt verimi 388,79±17,35kg; süresi 243±5,81gün; protein, yağ, kuru madde, yağsız kuru madde, kazein ve laktoz oranları ve verimleri sırasıyla %3,29±0,05, %3,59±0,07, %11,60±0,13, %8,43±0,06, %2,57±0,04, %4,31±0,03; 11,21±0,47kg, 12,79±0,64kg, 40,95±1,82kg, 29,53±1,31kg, 8,82±0,37kg, 15,40±0,74kg bulunmuştur. Laktasyon süresinin tüm verimleri p<0,001; yaşın ise incelenen tüm verim ve oranları p<0,05-0,001 düzeyinde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the study was determine the growth, fertility and milk traits; the effects of enviromental factors on these traits; the effects of CSN3 and AGPAT6 gene on milk yield and composition in Saanen goats. In study, kids were measured from birth to 6 months of life. The birth,weaning, 60th , 90th , 120th and 180th days of avarage live weights were calculated. Fertility parameters were evaluated during two years. Milk samples were collected during the lactation and milk yield/components were calculated. In terms of CSN3 and AGPAT6 gene; the genotypes were defined by PCR-RFLP. The birth,weaning,60th,90th,120th and 180thdays of average live weights of Saanen kids were established; 3,05±0,04kg,11,80±0,27kg,12,26±0,08kg,14,20±0,32kg, 17,41±0,45kg,25,01±0,65kg, respectively. The effects of sex and birth type on live weights until 90thdays of life(p<0,05-0,001); maternal age only on birth weigth(p<0,001); month at birth on all of investigated days were found significant statically(p<0,05;p<0,001). The pregnancy, parturition, infertility, abortion, single born kidding, twinning, triplet, survival rate of kids until weaning; number of kids per parturition(DAKBOS)/mating (TAKBOS) were found; %92,98,%85,07,%7,02,%8,75,%36,12,%49,%14,88,%89,13 and 1,74±0,06,1,42 ±0,07 respectively. The effect of AGPAT6 gene on milk yield and composition was not found significant. The variation for CSN3 gene was not observed so the effect of CSN3 was not able to investigated. The effects of maternal age on all rates (out of birth and abortation rate)(p<0,05-0,001); the year on birth, abortion, single born kidding, survival rate and TAKBOS was found significant(p<0,05-0,001). The genotype and allele frequencies of CSN3 and AGPAT6 gene were determined; FF(0,986), MF (0,014), F(0,996), M(0,004); GG(0,120), GC(0,432), CC(0,448), G(0,336), C(0,664) respectively. Milk yield,lactation length,protein,fat,total solid, solidnotfat,casein, lactose rates and yields were;388,79±17,35kg,243±5,81days,%3,29±0,05,%3,59±0,07,%11,60±0,13,%8,43±0,06,%2,57±0,04,%4,31±0,03;11,21±0,47kg,12,79±0,64kg,40,95±1,82kg,29,53±1,31kg,8,82±0,37kg,15,40±0,74kg, respectively.
