Abstract
20. yüzyıl büyük trajedilere ve gelişmelere tanık olmuştur. Faşizm, temelinde otokratik yönetimi de beraberinde getirmesiyle egemen olanın politikalarını en acı yansımayla Modern Çağ içerisinde göstermiştir. İnsanlık en ağır sınavlarından birini faşist ideolojinin politikalarıyla vermiştir. İnsanlığı hem sosyolojik hem psikolojik olarak etkileyen faşizm kavramının en temeline bakılması, yaşanan travmayı ve doğurabilecek sonuçlarını anlamak için oldukça önemlidir. Bu bağlamda bu çalışmada otokratik yönetimi ve dolaylı olarak Alman faşizmini sembolik bir konu örgüsüyle anlatan Alman yapımı Die Welle filmi üzerine bir okuma yapılmıştır. Okuma yalnızca otokratik düzenin ya da faşizmin oluşum elementlerini ayrıştırma amacı taşımamakta aynı zamanda Çağdaş Dönem düşünürlerinden Jacques Derrida’nın dekonstrüksiyon kavramı özelinde anlamlandırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın ilerleyişinde ve sonucunda dekonstrüksiyon metodu, bir film metni üzerinden çok yönlü okuma yapmak ve kitleler üzerinde etkisinin yadsınamaz olduğu sinema sanatının bireyler ve dolayısıyla toplumlar için sadece bir eğlence aracı olmadığının sebeplerini açığa çıkarmak için kullanılmıştır.
The 20th century has witnessed great tragedies and developments. With the autocratic administration on the basis of fascism, it showed the policies of the dominant in the Modern Age with the most painful reflection. Humanity has given one of its most severe tests with the policies of fascist ideology. It is very important to look at the very foundation of the concept of fascism, which affects humanity both sociologically and psychologically, to understand the tragedy and its consequences. In this context, in this study, a reading was made on the German-made Die Welle film, which tells about autocratic rule and indirectly German fascism with a symbolic plot. Reading does not only aim to separate the formation elements of the autocratic order or fascism, but also tries to make sense of the deconstruction concept of Jacques Derrida, one of the contemporary thinkers. In the progress and conclusion of this study, the deconstruction method was used to make a versatile reading through a film text and to reveal the reasons why the art of cinema, which has an undeniable effect on the masses, is not just a means of entertainment for individuals and therefore societies.
