dc.description.abstractÇekilerek çalıştırılan tarım alet ve makinalarının ve tarım arabalarının çeşitli tarım faaliyetlerinde sıkça kullanıldığı bilinmektedir. Bu tip araçların çeki oku ucunda yer alan çeki halkası, bir pim vasıtasıyla Traktör gibi çekici bir aracın çeki demirine bağlanmaktadır. Böyle bir bağlantıda traktörün hareket etmesi ve fren yapmasıyla çeki halkası dinamik olarak çekiye ve basıya zorlanmaktadır. Zorlanmalara ilişkin gerilmelerin belirlenmesi amacıyla, araştırmada 3.5 tonluk tek dingilli bir tarım arabasının çeki halkası incelemeye alınmıştır. İlk olarak çeki halkasının çeki kuvveti ve düşey reaksiyon kuvveti belirlenmiş daha sonra bu kuvvetlere göre çekme ve kesme gerilmeleri belirlenerek mukavemet analizi yapılmıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractSome machinery and equipments such as trailers worked by drawing are often used in agriculture. The eye of drawbar placed at the end of drawbar of this type machines and trailers is mounted by a pin to the drawbar clevis of drawing vehicles as agricultural tractors. The drawbar eye is forced as strain–stress through draw and press depending on moving and braking of tractor as a dynamic in this mounting. In this research, in order to determine the strength of a drawbar eye, a single axle and 3.5 ton trailer was investigated. Firs of all the draw force and vertical reaction force were determined for the drawbar eye. Afterward, responding to these forces, the strength analysis was made via determination of strain and shearing stress.en_US
