dc.description.abstractMesleki gelişim, öğrenci başarısını artırmanın yanında öğretmenin de kendisinden beklenen yeterliklere erişmesini ve bunları desteklemesini sağlar. Bu araştırmada 2016-2020 yılları arasında MEB tarafından Türkçe öğretmenlerinin hangi yeterliklerini desteklemek üzere eğitimler düzenlendiğini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Durum çalışması modelinde tasarlanan bu araştırmanın verileri betimsel analiz ile incelenmiştir. Analiz kategorileri ve temalarını MEB tarafından 2017 yılında güncellenen öğretmen yeterlikleri oluşturmaktadır. Bulgular, Tutum ve Değerler yeterlik alanına yönelik etkinliklerin diğerlerine oranla daha fazla desteklendiğini göstermiştir. Özellikle kişisel ve mesleki gelişim yeterliğine ilişkin düzenlenen kurs ve seminerlerin hem katılımcı sayısı hem de etkinlik sayısı olarak diğer yeterliklere göre planlamada daha çok yer tuttuğu görülmüştür. Alan bilgisine yönelik hiç etkinlik düzenlenmemiş olması da dikkat çeken sonuçlardan biri olmuştur.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractProfessional development increases student success and enables teachers to reach the desired competencies. This case study aimed to portray which competencies of Turkish teachers were supported by the activities organized by the Ministry of National Education (MoNE) between 2016 and 2020. The research data were analyzed through descriptive analysis, with the Ministry's updated teacher competencies of 2017 constituting the categories and themes. The findings showed that activities related to Attitude and Values competence area were supported more than the others. The courses and seminars organized for personal and professional development competencies had a more prominent place in planning than the other competencies in terms of the number of participants and activities. One of the noteworthy findings was that no events were organized for field knowledge during the five-year period.en_US
