dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, evolvent profilli düz dişli çarkların farklı bir uygulaması olan asimetrik profilli çarkların kullanılabilirliği, sonlu elemanlar analizi yardımıyla araştırılmıştır. Yazarlar tarafından geliştirilmiş ve sunulmuş bir diş modelleme metodu model oluşturulmak için kullanılmıştır. Kullanılabilirlik analizlerinde; çarkların diş dibi gerilmesi, kavrama oranı, kütle ve diş kuvvetleri kriterleri üzerinde durulmuş ve sayısal örnekler sunulmuştur. Özel olarak oluşturulan diş modeli kullanılarak sonlu elemanlar analizleri gerçekleştirilmiş ve asimetrik dişlilerin uygulamada alternatif olup olamayacakları konusu değerlendirilmiştir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractIn this study, use-ability of gears with asymmetric tooth, which is a different application of involute spur gears, is considered via finite element method. A method, which was developed and presented by authors, is used for the modeling of tooth. This paper covers the bending stress analysis of asymmetric gears, the analysis of contact ratio, mass and tooth force. The investigation is illustrated with numerical examples. It is considered whether asymmetric gears can be evaluated as an alternative for spur gear in practice.en_US
