(tetanoz antitoksini ) uygulamasından sonra görülen konvülsiyon ve ölümlerin preparat içindeki fenolden ileri geldiğini, fenol konsantrasyonu artınca komplikasyonlarında şiddetinin arttığını gösterir. İçinde fenol olmayan T.A.T. ve T. I.G. 'nin (Tetanus Immune Globulin Human) intratekal enjeksiyonundan sonra kayda değer bir komplikasyon görülmedi. | tr_TR |
