| dc.description.abstract | İnsan zihni, duyulardan elde edilen kavramlarla hem düşünme yeteneğini icra eder, hem de bu elde ettiği kavramlarla ilişkilendirdiği kelimelerle iletişim kurar. Nesneler, olaylar ve duygular kelimelerle aktarılır. Dolayısıyla düşünme ve iletişim halinde iken kelimeler zihindeki daha önce oluşturulmuş olan kavramların çağırılması görevini görür. Zihin sadece kavramlarla düşünmekle kalmaz, kavramlar üzerine de düşünür. Anlama ise kavramlardan ibaret değildir. Ancak kavramlar olmadan anlama gerçekleşemez. Zihin ne kadar çok kavram dağarcığına sahipse anlaması o kadar kolaylaşacaktır. Dolayısıyla insana en çok kavram sağlayan ortam, anlamayı en çok kolaylaştıran ortamdır. Bu ortam ancak kalabalık ortamdır. Burada insan zihninin kavram yakalama şansı daha yüksektir. Kavramlar üzerine düşünme etkinliği olarak felsefe de ancak kalabalık bir ortamda hususan şehir hayatında var olabilir. İnsanın bulunduğu farklı ortamlar, farklı yaşam tarzları, kelimelere farklı anlamlar yükleyecek, aynı kelimenin zihinde farklı çağrışımları uyanacaktır. Anlama bir tür çağrışımların örtüşmesi olduğuna göre doğru anlama, ancak kavram sayısının çokluğu ile elde edilebilme şansına sahip olacaktır. Öyleyse daha çok kavram üretimi daha çok doğru anlayabilme imkânı demektir. Daha çok kavram da ancak daha çok ihtiyaçlardan ve onların karşılanabilmesi için daha çok insanla yaşantı tecrübe etmekle mümkündür. Bu ortam ancak şehir hayatı olabilir. Felsefe de bu nedenle ancak şehir hayatının bir sonucu olabilir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | The human intellect, with the notions derived from senses both constructs the ability of thinking and transmits its notions into words to communicate. Objects, incidents and sensations are transmitted through words. Therefore, words while thinking and communicating associate the pre-constructed notions (concepts). The intellect does not think merely by notions also on notions. Comprehension is not fully made up of notions; however without notions, there cannot be comprehension. The more it has notions in its repertoire, the easier its comprehension becomes. Accordingly, the milieu that provides the most notions is the milieu facilitates comprehension. The milieu which enhances the chances of gaining notion is the crowded milieu. The philosophy that works on notions can only survive in crowded milieu such as urban-life. The different groups the person attain and different ways of life would add different meanings to words and there would be different associations of the same word in intellect. Since the understanding is the coincidence of the associations, the true understanding could have the chance to be acquired by the multiplicity of the number of notions. When there is more production of notions, then there is higher chance to understand truly. The more notions are possible merely by more needs and by experiencing life with more people to satisfy these needs. This kind of milieu is possible only in urban life, therefore; philosophy can be the result of just an urban life. | en_US |
