dc.description.abstractYapılar, bulundukları ortam koşullarında veya inşaları esnasında yapılan bazı tasarım ya da uygulama hataları sonucu çeşitli problemlerle karşılaşabilmektedir. Bu problemler, ‘yapı fiziği problemleri’ olarak adlandırılmakta ve zamanla yapıda veya yapı bileşenlerinde çeşitli deformasyonlara yol açarak hem konforsuz, hem de güvensiz yaşam alanlarına neden olmaktadır. Problemlerin önüne geçilebilmesi amacıyla, gereken önlemlerin alınması kaçınılmaz bir durumdur. Çünkü yapı fiziği kurallarına uymamanın doğuracağı sonuçlar büyük tahribatlara yol açabilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; öncelikle seçilen yerleşim alanında karşılaşılan mevcut yapı fiziği problemlerin tespit edilmesidir. Böylece bu tespitlerin gelecekte yaşanabilecek benzer olumsuzluklara ışık tutabilmesi ve gereken önlemlerin alınması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, yerleşim alanındaki yapı fiziği problemleri ve tahribatları fotoğraflandırılmıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractBuildings are exposed to several problems because of enviromental situations or design faults while they are being built. These problems are named ‘building physics problems’ and they causes different deformations in buildings or building component. On the other hand, this situation brings comfortless and unsafe living spaces. In an effort to prevent building physics problems, taking necessary precautions are unavoidable circumstances. Because; not to keep building physics rules cause important damages. The aim of this work are determining building physics problems in the designated place, clarifying and take precautions for similar negativenesses which are being lived in the future. In this context, building physics problems and damages were photographed in the designated place.en_US
