dc.description.abstractÜlkemizde büyük maliyetlerle gerçekleştirilen sulama projelerinden beklenen fayda tam olarak sağlanamamıştır. DSİ tarafından işletilen ve devredilen sulama projelerinde düşük sulama oranının en önemli sorun olduğu görülmektedir. Çalışmada 21 bölgeden 2000 ha'dan büyük 163 sulama projesi materyal olarak alınmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında; su kaynağı yetersizliği, sulama tesislerinin yetersizliği, drenaj sorunları, bakım-onarım yetersizliği, topografik yetersizlik, yağışların yeterli görülerek su talebinin olmaması, nadas, sosyo-ekonomik faktörler gibi nedenler araştırılmıştır. Veriler SPSS programında basit uyum analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda 1., 2., 3., 4., 5., 6., 7., 11., 12., 18., 21., 25. Bölgelerde çiftçiler tarafından yağışların yeterli görülmesi; 8., 9., 13., 24. Bölgelerde sosyoekonomik sorunlar; 19. Bölgede arazilerin nadasa bırakılması; 10., 20. Bölgelerde arazilerdeki topografik yetersizlik; 15. Bölgede su kaynağı yetersizliği; 17. Bölgede sulama tesislerinin bakım-onarım yetersizliği nedeniyle sulama alanlarında sulama oranı düşmektedir. Sulama oranını düşüren sulama sistem faktörlerinin tüm faktörlerden daha az etkili olduğu belirlenmiştir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractIn our contry, irrigation schemes developed with high costs could not obtained the expected benefit fully. In the operated and then transferred irrigation schemes by State Hydraulic Works (DSI), low irrigation ratio is the most important problem. In this study, 163 irrigation schemes larger than 2000 ha area selected from 21 regions were the study material. In this study, inadequacy of water resources, insufficient irrigation structers, drainage problems, topographic conditions, inadequate maintanence, rainfed cropping, fallowing, economic and social problems and other problems were evaluated. Data of these parameters in 2005 year were analyzed using simple correspondence in SPPS programme. Results showed that irrigation ratio decreased in the irrigated areas of 1., 2., 3., 4., 5., 6., 7., 11., 12., 18., 21. and 25. regions due to less rainfal, in 8., 9., 13. and 24. regions due to economic and social problems, in 19. regions due to fallowing, in 10., 20. regions due to topographic conditions, in 15. regions due to inadequacy of water resources, in 17. regions due to inadequate maintanence. Factors of irrigation systems which were decreased irrigation ratio are less efficient than all factors are determinated.en_US
