| dc.description.abstract | Osmanlı Devleti’nde eğitim kurumları sıbyan mektepleri ve medreselerle başlamış, devletin imkânları arttıkça eğitim de parlamış, ne var ki devletin içine düştüğü olumsuzluklardan da nasibini almıştır. Birçok alanda meydana gelen bozulmalar ulemayı da etkilemiş ve maalesef o parlak dönem sona ermiştir. Bu durumdan kurtulmak için önlemler alınıp modern usullerle eğitime geçilmişse de ekonomik imkânsızlıklar ve içine düşülen savaş hali bu yenilikleri sonuçsuz bırakmıştır. Kosova vilâyeti devletin merkezinden bir hayli uzak olmasına rağmen birçok eğitim kurumu Kosova’da İstanbul’dan hemen sonra açılmıştır. II. Abdülhamid döneminde yeni usul eğitime geçilip modern eğitim veren birçok mektep açılmış, ayrıca birden fazla milletin birlikte yaşadığı bu topraklarda devlet her kesimin eğitimini önemsemiştir. Bu mektepler 1912 yılında Balkanlar’ın elden çıkmasında kadar eğitimöğretime devam etmişlerdir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In the Ottoman Empire, educational institutions started with primary schools and madrasahs, and education increased as the state's possibilities increased. Ulema also participated in the deterioration that occurred in many areas and unfortunately that bright period is over. Although measures have been taken to overcome this situation and education has been started with modern methods, economic impossibilities and the state of war have left these innovations fruitless. Although the province of Kosovo is far from the center of the state, many educational institutions were opened in Kosovo immediately after Istanbul. II. During the reign of Abdulhamid, many new schools were opened and new schools were opened, and more than one nation lived together, the state cared about the education of all sectors. These schools continued education until the disposal of the Balkans in 1912. | en_US |
