| dc.description.abstract | “XIX. yüzyılda Niş Sancağı” konulu çalışmanın giriş kısmında öncelikle araştırmanın amacı ve önemi belirtilmiş, sonra konu ile ilgili kaynak tanıtımı yapılmış ve son olarak da Niş tarihiyle ilgili bilgiler verilmiştir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde Niş Sancağı’ndaki idari yapı, nüfus ve yerleşimden; ikinci bölümde dini ve sosyal yapılardan; üçüncü bölümde ise on dokuzuncu yüzyılda Balkanları etkileyen olaylar ve büyük güçlerin, özellikle de Rusya’nın baskısıyla Osmanlı İmparatorluğunun Niş’i Sırbistan’a bırakmak zorunda kalmasından söz edilmiştir. Bugün Sırbistan topraklarında kalan Niş, Roma ve Bizans döneminde Naissus olarak bilinmekte olup, büyük öneme sahip bir yerdi. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu idaresinde beş asır kaldı. On dokuzuncu yüzyılda Balkanları etkileyen tarihi olaylar ve gelişmeler nedeniyle Osmanlı idaresinden çıktı. Niş, 1878 yılında Osmanlı-Rus savaşından sonra yapılan Berlin Barış Antlaşması ile Sırbistan’a bağlandı. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In the introduction of this essay we noted shortly some basic information about the importance and the purpose of the study. Then has been given data of the main references of the study and also some information of pre-Ottoman and Ottoman ruling period of Nish. In the first chapter is discussed the administration, localization and the demographic situation in the province of Nish. Second chapter is focused on religious and social formation of Nish. In the third chapter has been given information on the wars of XIX century and the leaving of Nish by Ottoman Empire to Serbia caused by the pressure of Great Powers and especially by Russia. Nish, which today takes place in the territory of Serbia, was known as Naissus in the Roman period. It had been for a long time under the Byzantine rule and also five centuries under the Ottoman governance and lastly split by it in the nineteenth century. In the Berlin pact held after the Russian-Ottoman war in 1878, Nish has been given to Serbia. | en_US |
