Kronik servisitis tedavisinde kriyoterapi

Abstract

Yirmi altı kronik servisitisli hastaya kriyoterapi uygulandı. Yirmi üç vakada (%88, 4), 5-8 hafta içinde iyileşme oldu. İki vakada (%7.7), iyileşmediği için ikinci kez tedavi uygulandı ve bunlarda 8 hafta sonra tam iyileşme görüldü. Bir vaka ise (%3.9), tam iyileşme göstermedi. Bu tedavinin ucuz, pratik, ağrısız ve çok az yan etki ve komplikasyonları olduğu kanısına varıldı.Cryotherapy has been applied to twenty- six patients with chronic uterine cervicitis. Recovery has been obtained in twenty-three cases (88. 4 %) within 5 to 8 weeks. In two patients (7.7 %) cryotherapy has been applied twice because they did not have any improvement and after 8 weeks those two cases had complete recovery. Only one patient (3 . 9 %) did not have perfect recovery. It was concluded that this therapy is very inexpensive, practical, painless and has minimal side- effects and complications.
