Abstract
Bilgi; düşünme, yargılama, akıl yürütme gibi işlemler sonucunda elde edilen kapsamlı bir sürecin ürünüdür. Yoğun veri ortamında karar vermek güçleşerek, karmaşıklaşmaktadır. Genelde uzman sistemlerin, özelde ise Yönetim Bilgi Sistemleri’nin etkin kullanımı insan kaynaklı hataların en aza indirilmesini sağlamaktadır. Bu sistemler kullandıkları veriyi siber uzaydan toplamaktadır. Bu çalışmada siber güvenlik kavramına dikkat çekilerek, siber uzayda güvenli bilgi kullanımı ile alınması gereken önlemler üzerinde durulmaktadır.
Information; is a comprehensive product of a process obtained from thinking, judging, and reasoning. Deciding in an intensive data environment becomes difficult and complicated. The effective use of expert systems in general and management information systems in particular reduces human errors. These systems collect data from cyberspace. In this study, attention is paid to the concept of cyber security, and the precautions to be taken regarding safe information use in cyber space are emphasized.
