| dc.description.abstract | İslâm evlilik hukûkunu ilgilendiren meselelerden biri de mehirdir. Mehir, nikâh akdi esnasında kadına verilen veya verilmesi kararlaştırılan mal veya paradır. Menkûl ve gayr-i menkûl mallar, zînet eşyası gibi satışı veya kullanımı dinen yasak olmayan herşey mehir olabilir. İşte bu noktada Hz. Peygamber’in bir sahâbîyi, bildiği Kur’ân karşılığında evlendirmesi ile ilgili hadis, ulemâ arasında farklı şekillerde yorumlanmıştır. | dc.description.abstract | The dower is one of the subjekts which connected with Islamic marriage laws. The dower is property or money which is decided to be given to women at the time of contraction of marriage. Everything, which Islam doesn’t forbid using or selling, could be dower, for example personal assets and real assest, jewelry... The hadith, which shows that the Prophet got one of his companions married in return for some chapters of the Quran, is explanied differently. This study contain a critique of this hadith. | en_US |
