dc.description.abstractVazospastik angina, tipik göğüs ağrısı ve EKG değişiklikleri ile seyreden ve aterosklerotik koroner arter hastalıklarından klinik olarak ayrılması zor bir sendromdur. Tanıyı kesin olarak koyabilmek için bir çok metot ve ajan denenmiştir. Bunlar hiperventilasyon, soğuk uygulama testi, dopamin, serotonin, asetilkolin gibi medikal ajanlarla yapılan testlerdir, fakat optimal seçenek bulunamamıştır. Uygulanacak ajan güvenilir, maliyeti düşük ve kolay ulaşılabilir olmalıdır. Tüm bunların ışığında biz asetilkolini vazospazmı stimüle etmede bu formata uygun bularak üç hastamızda uyguladık ve başarılı sonuçlar elde ettik. Burada örnek olarak vazospastik angina pektoris düşündüğümüz ve tanısını asetilkolin stimülasyon testi yaparak kesinleştirdiğimiz bir hastamızı sunduk.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractVasospastic angina is a syndrome which presents with typical chest pain and ECG changes. Clinically it is difficult to distinguish this syndrome from atherosclerotic coronary artery disase. A few methods and medical agents have been used for the diagnosis of this syndrome. These include hyperventilation, cold pressure test, dopamin, serotonin, ergonovine and acetylcholine test, none of which proved to be the optimum choise. The medical agent should be safe, cheap and easily available. In the light of these issues we used Acetylcholine (Ach) to stimulate coronary vasospazm in three patients and we obtained successful results for the diagnosis of vasospastic angina. Here we present a patient whom pre-diagnosed as vasospastic angina pectoris, which then was confirmed by using Acetylcholine stimulation testen_US
