| dc.description.abstract | Taklid ve telfik, İslam Hukukunun önemli konularındandır. Özellikle taklid konusu neredeyse insanların tümü, hayatlarının her aşamasında kendisine başvurdukları bir konu olmuştur. Taklid ve telfik konuları taklid ve telfik kavramlarıyla mezheplerin tamamen teşekkül ettikten sonra Usûl kitalarda kendisinden bahsedilmiştir. Ancak her ne kadar İslam'ın ilk dönemlerinde taklid ve telfik kavramları bilinmese de aslında insanlar, İslam'ın ilk döneminden itibaren ibadet hayatlarında bu kavramlara bazen bilinçli bazen de bilinçsizce başvurmuşlardır. 4. Asırdan itibaren İçtihadın, yerini neredeyse tamamen taklide bırakmasıyla beraber insanlar, artık ibadet hayatlarında bütünüyle taklide bazen de telfike yöneldiler. | dc.description.abstract | Takleed and talfeek are from the most important subjects. In particular the issue of takleed has been a issue that the all people have recourse to it in the every stage of their lives. Takleed and talfeek are meintoned in the İslam rule sources after the sects had been compleated. Altough those concepts were not knew in the early terms of İslam the people had recoursed to them since those terms in their worship lives conscious or unconscious. With the ictihaad given its place to takleed almost entirely since the 4th age people anymore head for takleed and talfeek in their worship lives. That matter has been continious nowdays. | en_US |
