| dc.description.abstract | Endüstri 4.0; nesnelerin interneti, internet hizmetleri ve siber-fiziksel sistemlerden oluşan bir bütündür. Bu teknolojilerle birlikte kimi iş kolları ortadan kalkacak, kimi iş kolları ise faaliyet alanını genişletecektir. Teknolojik gelişmelerin işsizliğe neden olmalarının yanı sıra katma değeri yüksek ürünler ve hizmetler sunmaları, ülkelerin refah düzeylerinin artmasını ve toplumsal yaşam standartlarının yükselmesini sağlamaları beklenmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Endüstri 4.0’ın; iyimser ve kötümser görüşler çerçevesinde, çalışma hayatında oluşturacağı etkiler incelenmiştir. Türkiye sanayii üzerindeki etkisi ve Türkiye sanayisinin bu dönüşümdeki konumu ortaya konulmuştur. Ayrıca Endüstri 4.0’ı oluşturan teknolojik bileşenlerin Bursa ilindeki yerel şirketlerde ne düzeyde kullanıldığı ve etkileri üzerine nitel bir araştırma yapılmıştır. “Endüstri 4.0 çalışma hayatını nasıl etkiler” sorusu üzerinden Türkiye’nin istihdam yapısına olası etkileri açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde; günümüze kadar gerçekleşen Endüstri Devrimleri ve Endüstri 4.0 ile bileşenleri, ikinci bölümünde; Endüstri 4.0’ın çalışma hayatına etkileri, üçüncü bölümünde; Türkiye’nin çalışma ilişkileri bakımından Endüstri 4.0 çerçevesindeki konumu ve istihdam yapısına olası etkileri literatür bağlamında açıklanmış, dördüncü bölümünde ise Bursa’da farklı sektörlerde üretim yapan sanayi şirketlerinin Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerini kullanma düzeylerini ölçülmesi ve bu teknolojilerin ilk etkilerinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla nitel araştırma yapılarak sonuçları sunulmuştur. Nitel araştırma sonucunda Bursa ilinde Endüstri 4.0 farkındalığının yüksek olduğu buna karşın; yeni teknoloji kullanımının yeterli düzeyde olmadığı görülmüştür. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Industry 4.0; the Internet of things, internet services and cyber-physical systems. With these technologies, some lines of business will disappear and some lines of business will expand. Although technological developments are thought to cause unemployment, it is thought that providing high added value products and services will increase the welfare levels of the countries and increase the standards of social life. In this study, Industry 4.0; In the framework of optimistic and pessimistic views, the effects of work life will be examined. The impact on industry of Turkey and Turkey has put forward position in this industry transformation. In addition, a qualitative research has been conducted on the extent to which the technological components constituting Industry 4.0 are used in local companies in Bursa and their effects.
