| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada; bir toplumun geleceğinde söz sahibi olan yüksek tahsilli gençlerin 1872-1950 yılları arasında yayımlanan Türk romanlarında nasıl ele alındığı incelenmiş, eğitim problemleri ve gençlerin yaşadığı çatışmalar yükseköğrenim düzeyinde işlenmiştir. Giriş bölümünde tezin konusu ve amacı belirtilmiş, çalışma sürecinde takip edilen yol ve yöntemlerden bahsedilmiştir. Tez beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Tarihî bilgiler ışığında romanların değerlendirilmesini sağlamak için birinci bölümde yükseköğrenimin Türk eğitim tarihindeki yeri hakkında özet bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci, üçüncü, dördüncü ve beşinci bölümlerde Tanzimatʼtan başlayarak edebî dönemlere göre bir sınıflandırma yapılmıştır. Bu sınıflandırmada amaç; dönemin kültürel yaşamının, sosyal, siyasî ve ekonomik gelişmelerinin gençlerin eğitim hayatına nasıl tesir ettiğini belirlemektir. Her bölüm dört temel başlığa ayrılmıştır. "Yükseköğrenim Öncesi" başlığı altında aile yapılarının gençlerin eğitimi üzerine etkisi; "Yükseköğrenim Dönemi" başlığı ile gençlerin eğitim ve öğretim dönemi; "Gençlerin İdealize Edilen Davranışları" bölümünde yüksek tahsilli gençlerin idealize edilen kişilik yapıları, sosyal ve kültürel tutumları; "Gençlerin Yaşadığı Çatışmalar" bölümünde ise gençlerin maruz kaldığı ekonomik, kültürel, bürokratik, siyasî ve psikolojik çatışmalar ele alınmıştır. Her bölümün alt başlığı genelde aynı sırayı takip etmekle birlikte romanın yazıldığı dönemin özelliklerine göre bazı değişiklikler gösterebilmektedir. Her dönemin romancısı kendi çağının neslini anlatmış ve bu genç nesil vasıtasıyla birtakım idealleri, ideolojileri ve kültürel değerleri yansıtmıştır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | How the higher educated youth, who have a voice in a society's future, is addressed in Turkish Novels published between 1872-1950 is investigated in this study. Education problems and conflicts that the young people have are investigated in higher education level. The thesis topic and purpose are indicated in the introduction. Also the way and the methods followed are mentioned. The thesis consists of five parts. The importance of high education in Turkish education history is stated in the first part to provide the assessment of novels in the light of historical knowledge. A classification is made according to literary periods beginning with "Tanzimat" in the second, third, fourth and fifth parts. The purpose of this classification is to determine how the cultural life of the time period and social, political, economic progress affect young peopleʼs education life. Each part is separated into four basic titles. In "Before Higher Education" title the effect of family structure on young people's education; in "Higher education Period" title young people's education period are addressed. In the third title, "Young Peopleʼs Idealized Behaviours" high educated young peopleʼs idealized personality structure, sociocultural attitudes and behaviours are addressed. Economic, cultural, bureaucratic, political and psychological conflicts that young people were exposed to are addressed in "Conflicts that Young People Have" title. The subtitles of the parts generally follow the same sequence but there can be some changes according to the time period that the novel is written. Each period's novelist talked about his generation, so he reflected a plenty of ideals, ideologies and cultural values by means of this rising generation. | en_US |
