| dc.description.abstract | Bir ideoloji olarak liberalizmin içerisine aldığı tüm fikirleri kendisinin bir uzantısı haline getirdiği savunulur. Liberalizmin hakim ideoloji olduğu bir dönemde ortaya çıkan İslami Hareketler bu durum karşısında kendilerini ontolojik olarak konumlandırma problemi ile karşı karşıyadırlar. Yaşanan sorunlara çözüm arayan İslamcı Hareketler çeşitli konularda hakim söylemden hem etkilenmiş hem de onu etkilemiştir. Bu durum İslami bir söyleme sahip olduğu iddiasıyla ortaya çıkan hareketlerin önerilerinin ne kadar İslami olduğunu sorgulamaya açmıştır. Bunun bir örneği olarak, Tunus’ta Reform Hareketi ile tüm dünyanın ilgi ve alakasını üzerine toplayan Raşid el-Gannuşi ve lideri olduğu İslami hareket çizgisi liberalizmin bazı söylemlerini “Makasidü’ş-Şeria” kavramı üzerinden araçsallaştırarak İslami kılmaya çalışma iddiasındadır. Bu çalışma Gannuşi’nin İslami hareket söylemini merkeze alarak söyleminin liberalizmden etkilenip etkilenmediği sorusuna cevap aramaktadır. Gannuşi’yi diğer İslami hareket liderlerinden ayıran en önemli özelliklerden birisi Gannuşi’nin felsefe eğitimi alması dolayısıyla liberalizmi ve liberalizmin felsefi arka planını çok iyi tahlil edebilmesidir. Bir aksiyon adamı olarak 50 yıllık İslami Hareket çizgisinde çeşitli zamanlarda yüzleştiği sorunlar, fikri olarak Gannuşi’yi zor durumlarda bıraksa da fikirlerinde ve lideri olduğu İslamcı hareket çizgisinde bir dönüşüm görülmemiştir. O liberalizm gibi çeşitli ideolojileri bir araç olarak kullanıp İslami kimliğinin gerektirdiklerini yapmaya ve bu kimliğin yaşayabileceği bir zemin hazırlamaya çalışmaktadır. Çalışmamızın tespit edebildiği kadarıyla daha önce Şatibi ve bu alanda çalışanlar tarafından kavramsallaştırılan “Makasidü’ş-Şeria” kavramı üzerinden Gannuşi, İslam düşüncesine üçüncü yol olarak adlandırdığımız yeni bir fikri zemin sunmaktadır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | It is argued that liberalism as a permit makes all the ideas it embraces as a stretch of liberalism. Islamic movements that emerged at a time when liberalism was the dominant ideology faced the problem of positioning themselves ontologically. Islamist movements seeking solutions to the problems experienced were both affected and influenced by the dominant discourse on various issues. This situation led to question how Islamic the suggestions of the movements that emerged with the claim of having an Islamic discourse. As an example of this, Rashid al- Ghannouchi, who gathered the attention and relevance of the world with the Reform Movement in Tunisia, and his Islamic movement line, which he led, claims to try to make Islamist by rhetoricizing some of the discourses of liberalism through the concept of “Makasdu'ş-Şeria”. In this study, answers to the question of whether Ghannouchi's discourse is affected by liberalism by centering the Islamic movement discourse is sought. One of the most important features that distinguishes Ghannouchi from other Islamic movement leaders is that due to his education in philosophy, he can analyze liberalism and the philosophical background of liberalism very well. Even though the problems he faced in the 50-year Islamic Movement line as an action man at various times left his mind in difficult situations, there was no transformation in his ideas and the Islamic movement line he led. He uses various ideologies such as liberalism as a tool and tries to do what he needs for his Islamic identity and to prepare a basis for this identity. As far as our study can determine, the concept of "Makasidü'ş-Şeria", which was previously conceptualized by the Şatibi and those working in this field, provides a new idea ground that we call Ghannouchi the third way to Islamic thought. | en_US |
